A friend of mine took this photo in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. I would go as far as to say that it has got to be one of the biggest rip offs ever. I have named them Whack Donald’s, I can’t seem to find their name in the photo. If anyone out there knows the real name please reply back. My Friend told me that the staff weren’t too happy of him taking photos of their sign…..wonder why
He went inside and had a meal and even their menus were a big rip off, unfortunately they wouldn’t allow him to take photos inside.
